Charity Casino Highlights to Consider and More Info:

    • BCA hired Casino Advisors to comply with AGLC requirements for the proper guidance and assurance of all processes and deliverables to be properly achieved.
    • This is a good opportunity to understand the casino operations from the inside perspective. The volunteers will deal only with the financials of the casino activities, there is no direct involvement with gambling.
    • Our participation contributes to the government processes for accountability and assurance of no wrongdoing in the operations. Volunteers with the proper supervision of the advisors we hire for this function. We are responsible for entering financial information related to the operations (chip counting and payment, as well as counting all money received- with the help of machines) into the PDAs and computers directly connected to the AGLC mainframe.
    • Proceeds from our Fundraising Casinos help with our Facility & Programs
    • No need for previous experience as all training is provided onsite by our association’s paid advisors, who also help out throughout the shifts and provide supervision to all tasks ensuring that we deliver the expected work
    • Food and beverages are provided to our volunteers, and also, there is a volunteer lounge with snacks and drinks
    • No alcoholic beverages allowed
    • No gambling allowed
    • Volunteers can only work one position during your two-day event.
For example, a volunteer who worked as a Cashier on Day One cannot come back and work as a Chip Runner on Day Two.
